Well the day began with washing, out of socks. Next thing i heard was mum saying 's***' and then started laughing. She had her shirt on inside out. You know what she is like about bad luck. So we had to unpack and look for another shirt. We booked into the chocolate factory for 9:30am so we quickly dried our cloths and got on the road. So much sugar before 10:00am was more then we both could stand. After spending $60.00 on chocolate it was mums turn to go to the chinese garden. This turned out to be a real experience. From it's ponds, gardens, buildings and to the people that worked there. It was full of tradition. We even had steamed dim sims and steamed pork bun in there tea house. We both spent some money on cultural souvenirs. Ow my god we are late at leaving again. A 3 hour trip ahead of us. Not even 5 mins out of the town when mum sees a paddock of deer. Stop number 1 for photos. 30mins on the road stop number 2 the cheese factory. We do cheese tasting and buy 3 different cheeses. On the way again 45mins and stop number 3 big bolders on the beach and we get a bit carried away in the gift shop. 15mins later a penguin sign. So we sidetrack through a little Victorian fishing village to see the penguins. Her in the reserve we saw the nests of 200 penguins. When you look into the holes you saw tinny little penguins. We watched the roaring water come up over the rocks on the sea shore. Now we are running so late it is starting to become dark. This time we have to stick the road. No more stops.arriving a Twizel at 07:30pm. It took us 7 hours instead of 3 hours. See you all tomorrow.
