Ok so today I got to sleep in until the alarm clock went off. We got ready and then had to wait outside of our motel to be picked up by the bus. We were heading out to Milford Sounds for a cruise. On our way we stopped at waterfalls, pools of water, the glaciers, and even got to drink from a mountain stream. When we finally got to the port we saw a lot of people looking at the bus in front of us and we asked what was going on? Simon our bus/tour guide said 'there is a naked woman under the bus.' but in fact there was a penguin under the bus. This was great and it looked really cute. I got a Japanese man in trouble because he was trying to scare it out from under the bus and I told on him. Then we picked up our lunch. They served it in brown paper bags. How flash just like tuck shop. We ran into some people that we had dinner with in Rotoura, so we spent some time together chatted. We saw some seals lazing on some rocks and this was unreal to see. The boat went under a waterfall and the people on deck were drenched. We were inside. It was quite cold in Milford Sounds. The trip wasn't what we expected. We expected to see more sea life. But thanks to Simon who went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable. On our way back to Te Anau we stopped once again and mum got off to take some pics. She took lots. When she got back on the bus she was so proud of herself. I went to have a look at her pics to find that the camera was on manual instead of automatic. So mum had taken about 50 pics and they were all black. I was a little scared to tell her. She was pissed. since it was mum and dads Anniversary and dad wasn't here mum and I went out to dinner with a few mates that we caught up with on the boat. We are going to start tomorrow at a wildlife park because mum wants to see this big blue bird right or wrong. Rain or snow.
