"leave your heart at home"

..........that is what our call centre trainer told us today. It's horrendous! Some of the tactics are pure evil and I don't think I can be that evil . She said if you find some of this offensive, then this isn't the job for you - but i only have to stick it for 3 weeks before i go to New zealand. Get this, the life insurance even covers you if you commit suicide - but only after 13 months on the policy, dire or what?! It's also quite heavy sales focussed and you are monitored ALL the time!! I start making calls for real on wednesday and i'm dreading it.

I can't wait until friday - we have the day off for 'australia day', woop woop! Not sure what we are doing yet though.

oh nearly forgot, went the bondi to coogee walk yesterday (pictured). It was really beautiful, but over 40 degrees so not really walking weather!
