NEW YEARS RESOLUTION - STOP LOSING THINGS!!

Anyways, here is smither's christmas update.

Christmas eve, a whole group of us went out to 'the espy' for a few jars. We then came home and did some ballroom dancing - with smashing results!! The next morning the place looked terrible, for some reason there was cornflakes everywhere and blair witch had been round leaving piles of carrots and chicken bones lying outside the other bedroom!!

Sholah and i donned our santa suits and headed over to our friend fees house for the day. It just wasn't the same as home and I was missing everyone really badly!!!

Our road trip to the great ocean road ended in disaster too - the car broke down in the middle of a packed motorway. It started off bucking all over the place and then there was smoke everywhere and then the truckers told us to get off the road because there was fuel leaking from the back of the car! We just rang the car hire people to take us home - driving an automatic is scary!! Apparently the transmission went. We ended up going to brunswick street for lunch and that was nice.

Thursday night - Stayed at judy's and got all my stuff ready (where did all this stuff come from?)for going to sydney.

Last night i took the bus to sydney and made it to verona and hugh's at 8ish - sleepy smithers! This afternoon, me and verona went to check out my new pad in the glebe region and it seems okay - my room seemed a bit smelly. We went to a really cool market too before heading to the cinema to see 'holiday' - I had to refrain myself from being sick it was that cringy!!

We then went to meet hugh and a whole host of other glaswegians and had some food and drinks at this thai restaurant. it was nice to hear so many scottish accents again! Going to meet gem at the harbour tomorrow to watch the fireworks etc.
