Wow Wow Wow!!

So the drive here was gorgeous!! the views were stunning!! We arrived late afternoon and set up camp! I loved the camper! We took a short walk down to the lake which is this gorgeous bright blue colour and surrounded by snow capped mountains- we both loved it!

Then it was time for a soak in the hot pools! We spent about an hour there and watched the sun go down, Aiden loved them and I do love them but I get too hot so an hour was long enough and very relaxing! It was time to go back to camp and prepare our dinner!!

It was a team effort of Spaghetti Bolognese hehe one of my favourites! Although Aiden chose the Basil flavoured Dolmio...hmm that's strong! haha it was lovely though and we both polished it off nicely...(well I think Aiden had a bit of mine, he may deny this!) but I think I'm right hahaha

So after our awesome Gordon Ramsey eat your heart out dinner we headed back to our camper for bed and to watch a film. Aiden was still quite jet-lagged so a chill out night suited us both! 5,4,3,2,1 and Aiden was out like a light? Not sure if this was the night he dribbled on my pillow....?! hahaha must have slept well!!

We were up fairly early the next day and spent the morning down by the lake and visited the small church which is adorable! It was another gorgeous day and the mountains looked amazing! After that we continued on and moved to a place called Omarama...
