Had some great visits (and meals) in Prince George with brother-in-law Doug and wife Muriel, as well as with nephew Brad and wife Kim. We were very impressed with Doug's van and all the house renovations to accommodate his wheelchair. We haven't had a visit in such a long time!

Prince George turned out to be a provisioning stop for us. We spent a fair amount of time (and money) on jerry cans, pump, impact wrench etc to cover us in case we run out of fuel or have a flat while we are out of cell range on our trek. We have decided to take the Great Northern Circle Route - Prince George to Smithers / Kitwanga then north to Watson Lake and south-east to Ft Nelson, Fort St John, Dawson Creek and on to Hinton to see son Bryan and family. At least that is the plan - always subject to change.
