We arrived in Ten Mile Lake just out of Quesnel and set up camp Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had a bit of funky belly so we had a pretty quiet day. Friday, we set out for Barkerville for a day trip. It was rather disconcerting to see that it remains much the same as the last time we were there. (Who would have thought that a historical site would not have changed in 10 - 15 years?) Of course, it is replicating the same time period so I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Had a nice lunch and enjoyed tramping around.
