Matty woke up early and started rocking, which caused the van to sway and squeak and so Nick and I were soon awake too! I managed to drift off until 730 am when the lure of coffee finally got me out of bed. Nick and I were fasting today so while he cooked the kids breakfast I did yet more laundry! We spent the morning doing schoolwork and the kids were stoked when the Internet signal dropped out and they couldn't practice their times tables!! After lunch, we walked into town and had a look around. The town is full of wooden carvings and statues and there are several gift shops and cafes. The afternoon was spent playing and reading and then as it began to get cold and dark the kids came in and watched a movie. They had niggled at each other all day and after yet another spat they got sent to bed early, which gave Nick and I the time to watch a couple of episodes of The Killing!!
