Woken early by the kids and the sun was shining yet again so we had coffee by the lake and then got stuck into breakfast. Nick did a couple of loads of washing while I tidied up the van and then we got stuck into some schoolwork for a couple of hours. After such a long break it didn't go well!! After lunch we drove into Bermagui to explore and Doris and Joerg came with us. We drove up to Blue Pool, an awesome salt-water swimming pool carved out of the ocean rocks. One man was doing laps but it was a bit cold for us! It would be amazing in summer. We had a walk along the beach and climbed the rock pools. Matty lost his thong at one point and I got soaked trying to rescue him and his thong!! Next we explored the marina before buying a few groceries and heading home. The kids spent the late afternoon playing at the playground and then we all had dinner together at the camp kitchen on the beach. Doris felt unwell and went to bed early while the rest of us sat around the campfire with marshmallows.
