Lewis Outback Australia
We spent the morning sitting around chatting to our neighbours from Alice Springs. They have children Renee & Eamon's age and as the kids have been starved of playmates to date, they have been loving every minute with bike riding, footy, tree climbing, swimming, etc.
During the day we took a drive to the dam wall and a couple of lookouts and also visited the Durack Homestead which was 'transplanted' from its original location which was in the middle of the now Lake Argyle. We spotted and fed Patsy the Bower Bird and also saw a wallaroo who frequents the area.
Back home and it was time for a swim and to prepare for dinner, which was a gigantic spaghetti bolognese, that we shared with our neighbours.
