Day 47! We went to Chinatown and got a free tea tasting - we got to try jasmine, poer (?), green tea with roasted brown rice and chai. That was pretty cool! We then met up with Julie's friend Lauren and went for lunch still in Chinatown before heading to the crookedest street in America on Lombard. It was so so steep, the hill is at a 45 degree angle. And it really is a super crooked street. Awesome views from the top as pictured! We got a bus out to golden gate park, but by the time we got there it was cold so we sat in a bar instead. It was still fun though, the area out there is super hippie. We got Mexican food out there for dinner and then we headed back to the hostel, where we left Bronagh and Jose as they were leaving for New York! Me and Julie got ready and went back to where Lauren was staying with a friend for some drinks before heading to a bar. Julie had another friend in San Fran this weekend who we met at the bar too so we ended up a big group again! We had a couple of drinks there and then went to another bar down the street until closing at 2. It was a really fun night! L x
