Day 24! Another horrible night bus, but I got a bit more sleep than last time. We arrived in Atlanta at 8am, and managed to leave our bags at a hotel for the day which was so good of them since we weren't customers. Thanks Crowne Plaza! We went to IHOP for breakfast where I had really good strawberry and banana French toast. Then we went to the Martin Luther King Jr historic site, which was really interesting. There was a museum about his life, the house that he was born in, the church that he preached in and him and his wife's tombs. After we'd finished there we walked downtown and found a shopping centre to look around until it was time to catch our bus to Nashville. A much better bus than the last two, this one was only 5 hours long! We arrived in Nashville at 8pm and got to our motel, and just decided to stay in for the night as we're all exhausted from 2 out of 3 nights being spent on a bus. I'm glad we had a few hours in Atlanta, but it was a weird city which didn't seen to have much else to it than what we did! L x
