Day 21! We woke up this morning cockroach free, which was a plus. Maybe because we slept with the lights on in the hope that they'd stay away from the light haha. We headed for a laundromat so we could wash our clothes - I was literally on my last tshirt because nowhere we've been for the last week and a half has had anywhere to wash them! Day 20! We had a bit of a panicky start to the morning when I found a HUGE cockroach upside down underneath the sink (at least it wasn't the right way up and couldn't run away!) Julie managed to put a cup over it but then couldn't do any more in case it escaped, so Catherine then (like half an hour later) finally plucked up the courage to throw it outside. Day 19! We had a lazy morning in the apartment in Miami before heading for the bus to Orlando. We had planned to leave an hour and 10 minutes to go a 35 minute journey but that was still cutting it close! The road that the bus stop was on was closed, so we had to ask for directions to the temporary one, where the bus was late. Day 18! We took a day trip to Key West today. The bus left at 7am and got to Key West around 11am, passing through a lot of the Keys which were beautiful! Key West was STUNNING, probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and definitely the best place we've been so far on this trip. Day 17! There was a huge rainstorm this morning when we woke up (I thought someone was running the shower in the apartment for an hour while I was sleeping, that's how loud it was!) so we had a long lie and headed to the beach later in the morning.
