Today is our second rest day on the trip off the bikes. A nice breakfast at zookeepers. Then we caught the bus into town to do some some shopping. Talk about running in to people. So we had a big night at Fitzroy Crossing. So late in fact that John didnt get to bed before 8 pm. Poor b***** he was dead on his feet. We left Halls ck with a bit of pace. This was to avoid the sweltering heat of the afternoon. Our plan is to have twi rides of 400 ks to get there early.
