5am awake time. This is due to Nanna Wallish going to bed at 7.30. Days are tiring though. Heat is hitting us a bit and we always top up our jackets whenever we can. We thought the ride would be easy with only 359 ks but at 30 degrees at 7.00 had us sweating whilst donning the riding gear. Bikes fueled we headed west direct to Halls Ck. Our trip on the Canning brought us here for a few days so we knew what to expect. Pulled up fairly ragged into the local caravan park and found something even more ragged than us. It actually looked abandoned. With a very sharp 300 kg U turn we went to the opposite side to the motel we stayed at last time. We even got the same room number. This motel is quite nice in comparison. Plus i get to knock off a but of portable soap and shampoo. Bike size too.
