So we had a big night at Fitzroy Crossing. So late in fact that John didnt get to bed before 8 pm. Poor b***** he was dead on his feet. I continued to rage till 8.30 before the grey nomads gave me withering stares as they strutted around in their flanny pjs. Slept in till 5.00 am before getting up to a quick brekkie again and straight ride to Broome. We did stop to take a pic of a huge boab tree that w***ers had chosen to carve their s*** into. Started getting hot again so we stopped at Willare roadhouse for a quick morning tea. Came outside and it was 5 degrees hotter. With no cool breeze it became uncomfortable on the bike for the remainder of the ride. I did manage to hold the bow scene from titanic for 2 ks. (Standing on the pegs with my arms out wide with the cruise control on). This amused me for a short time. We ended up checking into the cable beach caravan park after checking out three others. We are camped next to a guy from Geelong on a KTM 650. So far its nice and hot and time to do some washing.
