Last big day to ride before we finish at Launceston for our last night. Having loved every minute we decided to ride up the east coast road the long way for a 400 klm day. We jumped on the bike in Port Arthur at around 8.15am and headed off. the only issue was that we had very little fuel left. I last fuelled the bike in Strahan and had 60 klms left in the tank. Hobart to Port Arthur is a short journey. It was a lazy take off from the Hotel and still the weather was holding up nicely. Again driving out of the big city proved no issue. Up and attem in Strahan preparing for the big ride via Queenstown through to Hobart today. Through local info this is to take us the best part of the day due to the extent of the twist and bends in the road. Distance is just over 300 klms.
