This morning we went to Dunsborough to post off our school work and have a look around the shops. After lunch at Squid Lips we went looking for some waves to catch at Yallingup, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay before finally finding some nice surf at Smiths Beach south of Yallingup. But the fishermen had been netting huge salmon and had them in the shallows awaiting transfer to a truck. There were several large sharks lurking about 10 metres from the beach, They were hungry and we stayed dry.

Glenys Saw some footage on TV about the sharks and salmon. You are lucky to see these things, front row seats to nature!
Dad Yes as close as you would want to be - not sure what shark species they were but bigger (and much faster) than me!!!!!
