Lots of overnight rain and a wet day as we left Manjimup and headed west towards the coast. Morning tea at the Blackwood Cafe in Nannup was very nice and we then headed on a "backroad" recommended by Fraser to save time - it was a great road and we made it to our destination at Cowaramup by lunchtime. The caravan park is on a farm and Mum reckons it hasn't had much work done on it since 2001. After lunch we went shopping in Margaret River and took this photo at a fence on the edge of town.

Dad Yes taught by his mother of course - as I turned out the road had a multi-million $ upgrade last year and was better than the highways it connected :-)
