I enjoyed a lie in this morning, watching the golf in bed when I did get up.
At 12:00 Randy came to collect me. We went to his work & I went up in the cherry picker. I am not a fan of heights so was glad Randy didn't extend it to its full height, & that it wasn't windy.
I took the opportunity to see Camerons house. This I located in a residential complex known as Masters Villas, with all the street named after champions. We also saw a complex named Camelot on our travels. All the houses at Camerons were identical which gave the place an X files feel.
Randy & Cameron took me to get some traditional southern fare for lunch. The diner/restaurant was located near Randy old building so they were well known. I was given to children's meals, both large plates I have to add. Meatloaf with corn & colorrs, then meat & gravy with yams. Needless to say I was full by the end of this meal. Randy persuaded me to at least try the banana, pudding option. I'm glad I did as it was very nice. I did feel like I was going ti explode however.
I headed back over to the Silvers house for an hour in the sun. I needed to get my haircut & Charlene came up with a cracking place. She had a coupon for Sports Cuts which entitled us to a free haircut. Ryan came along too. As it was out first visit we were treated to the MVP package. This involved a haircut, a hot towel for the face, a shampoo, & a back massage. What a way to relax for the weekend!
Before packing I attended a meeting with Randy about a possible business venture.
Greenville leave a positive impression on me. They say you should not read too much in cliches, however I do believe the southern hospitality was at its best here. I had a great time with both the Taylor's & the Silver's & I can't wait to visit again. Especially with everyones fascination with the English accent!
