The Peninsula CP is a pleasant place to camp. The huge paperbarks with a high canopy deliver superb filtered light. We like it here. So much that we plan to revisit on our way back! Well we are in Cooktown! Been an easy day & arrived around 12.30. Setup camp in pleasant, treed & quiet area. S&Y are close to the amenity block so they are happy too! Had a look around the place.
