Onward and upward we drive to Bowen and find another great caravan park with huge flat grassy sites. We've started using the comments in WikiCamps to guide our choices and it's looking good.

The office was decked out in the QLD maroons so we had a bit of friendly banter as we checked in for the 2 nights. After setting up and relaxing we went to the pub next door for dinner and to watch the 3rd state of origin - lost the game but won the series.
