Waking up in the beautiful campsite in Fitzroy Crossing was amazing. The weather was so beautiful; it was sunny and about 20 degrees. After breakfast we went to Geikie Gorge for a boat trip up the Fitzroy River. The Rock formations were amazing the rich colors a site to be seen. The fresh water crocodiles were sunning themselves on the banks of the river and it made for awesome pictures. The tour finished after an hour and we then decided to go for a look around the town of Fitzroy. It took approximately five minutes to see the whole town. Oh well, back to camp.

We were looking forward to a day out of the cars so we just hung out at the campsite catching up on photos and the blog. A few beers and we were happy and relaxed. We return to the pub again to watch the football, tonight you can buy full strength beer and wine as well as spirits. The football game was so so and the locals were very vocal, we were a little timid about barracking for the Tigers as they were playing the Eagles.
