We headed for the Sierra de Huetor national park this morning as we were keen to get on the bikes and a man at the campsite had recommended it for cycling.... We caught the bus into Granada again but this time to visit Albayzin which is the old Muslim quarter. We decided to buy tickets for the hop-on/hop-off land train around Granada only to find out that it was far from hop-on/hop-off. We went on a bus into Granada, then headed straight for the Alhambra. We had a lovely walk around the peaceful gardens, where we could hear the soothing sound of flowing water. After a morning at the campsite we headed north towards Granada hoping to stop at a supermarket en-route but unfortunately no supermarkets just beautiful mountain views all the way to our campsite in Baes de Granada with the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada on the horizon.
