So having listened to the rain most of the night it stopped about 4am and we were having breakfast whilst planning how best to escape our boggy pitch when it started again - panic - let's go before it gets worst. I jumped out into the mud to push and...... we drove easily away..... phew!
So onwards to Jerez for a day at the Andalucian Royal School of Equestrian Art not quite sure what to expect. We explored the grounds and the museum first and quite enjoyed the exhibitions describing the history of horses in Andalucia and also learning how horses communicate with humans and then it was showtime and that's where we weren't so sure and Daniel definitely was not happy. We headed off trying to work out our feelings about this show.
We then drove up through the "Pueblos Blancos" and the weather continued to get worse and worse so that by the time we arrived at the almost deserted campsite we could barely see the undoubtedly amazing views and instead of enjoying the views we pulled the blinds and settled in for an epic game of monopoly! Good end to an odd day.
