Our flight from Oslo arrived in Bergen on time. We collected bags and took the Flybus into the city, about a 40 minute trip. Checked into our hotel and then walked across to train station to pick up our Norway in a Nutshell tickets for tomorrow's trip.

We then went across the street to the supermarket for some supplies and then rested at the hotel before setting out for dinner. Ate at a Chinese restaurant near the hotel then went to bed at 10pm.

Awake at 10.30pm and unable to sleep due to the nightclub located beneath the hotel shaking our room coupled with the street noise as our room faced the square outside the nightclub. Called reception to complain about the noise and we were given a new room on the "inside" of the hotel. So, at midnight we packed up our stuff and trudged across to our new room to find it is a Business Class room that was much nicer and much quieter. Fell asleep immediately.
