Got up at 9am and had breakfast. Walked down to Zoo Station and caught U-Bahn/S-Bahn to Unter Den Linden for pictures of the Brandenburg Gate. Walked around to the Reichstag and went up to the top of the dome for the views over Berlin after queuing for 45 minutes to get in.

Had lunch at Starbucks near the Brandenburg Gate before catching the U-Bahn around to Nordbahnhof see the Documentation of the Berlin Wall display and a remaining section of the Berlin Wall. Caught the U-Bahn around to Charlottenburg and went to Charlottenburg Palace. Paid to take a self-guided audio tour and then was told it was too late to do the tour so we walked through the palace ourselves unguided. No photography allowed inside but took pictures from the outside and of the gardens.

Had dinner on the way back to the hotel and also bought some more shirts from C+A. After a rest at the hotel we went out to take photos of the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag at night. Bought an ice-cream from Haagen Dasz and bought some souvenirs before catching the U-bahn back to the hotel.
