Another very sticky sleep due to the heat but I'm pretty used to it by now. Jack I don't think finds it very comfortable but you've got no choice if you come out here unless you can afford luxury 5-star! Less mozzy bites than usual which was a plus as well!
Went diving early in the morning and spent four hours completing the remainder of my diving. I did another dive off of a boat further out at sea closer to the ocean, meaning you have to fall backwards into the water holding onto your mask and regulator! Jack, Martijn and his dad went diving too whilst Ian took me around. I was only supposed to go 18 metres deep but I accidentally dropped to about 21 whilst sticking to the coral pinnacles and watching fish! A new thing that I did see was garden eels that stick up out of the ocean floor vertically and also scorpionfish and crayfish (like lobsters for you that didn't know). For my second dive we came back to shore because the current was a bit strong out at sea and the visibility underwater wasn't so fab. Jack and the others have seen stingray, big grouper fish, potato bass (monster fish) and huge lobsters.
I also got to use a compass and so had to swim in directions underwater reaching different underwater spots without trying to remember or come up to the surface to orientate. In the afternoon, to officially complete my qualification I needed to go on a 'skindive' (basically a snorkel) with Martijn who is a divemaster.
Jack and I decided we would leave Libelula the next day so our final meal comprised of T-bone steak, ribs, and my final peachoffee. Had a few Amarulas and watched The Hangover over the pool - a decent send-off.
