Lotte's birthday on the 4th June was a great day. Waking up at Potsville first at 2am to be told it was to early than again at 6.30am, then to waffles, Ruby red grape juice and some presents with a common theme of horse. We then drove to the Lockhart's (ne Rachael Burbury's) house at Lake Manchester. What a great spot and welcoming family- nothing like catching up with old school/ boarding house friends. A birhtday welcome from Rach, Stuey, Askin and Harvey dinner and an amazing cake. Thank you.

A few days latter Lotte had a horse lesson just down the road. Lotte was beaming and was amazing for her first ever leason.

Not forgetting to mention the dogs: 4 puppies, 3 little ones; Bonnie, Meg and Sherbet and Cobba the mini horse!!

My First Horse Leason (Lotte)

A few days latter I had a horse lesson just down the road. I was very excited and it was amazing for my first ever leason.

The horse'ss name was Maggie and she was a mare. Maggie is 12 years old. My teachers name was Jan, she was lovely, I learnt alot more.

I learnt about the frog and chestnut, always to keep your hand on the horse when you go around the back.

I rode bareback for the first ever time and i trotted and i jumped over logs.
