One full day on Hvar island. It was a cool morning but the forecast said the sun was going to shine later and to celebrate, Calvin wore shorts and thongs today. Today we drove from Rakovica to Split and then we put the car on the ferry at split for the 2 hour ferry trip to Hvar. We had a couple of hours to wander around Split. We wandered along the waterfront and there were lots of people around. Turns out the Split half marathon was there today - we saw the presentation to the first, second and third place getters.
