To our amazement it was about 1 o'clock in the afternoon before any of us even stirred. We had slept half the day away!! Our excuse was that we must have needed it. Also it was so dark outside and heavy rain was falling so there wasn't much to get up for anyway!

In the end we had a very lazy day, which was thoroughly enjoyable! We decided that we shouldn't spend a whole day without leaving the apartment so in the early evening we went to the FCC to get some dinner. We took a taxi and it was still pouring down with rain so we really hadn't missed much by staying at home.

The club was quite busy so it would seem that quite a few people had the same idea as we did. We had a very pleasant, leisurely meal. Mum and Simon had a curry, but Julie tucked in to an enormous hot dog and chips! The Hong Kong air must be doing Julie good as she has been eating like a horse, especially since her cold is getting better.

Back home to another cosy evening out of the rain and Julie enjoyed watching lots more DVDs!
