Another relaxing day and a sleep in. Navajo went for a run at 9:30am and Cecilia and I slept in. We mucked around most of the day - and all I did was sleep and read as I was feeling very very sick unfortunately. Later in the afternoon Cecilia went for a run and Navajo bikes beside her, but she said she died because it was still so hot!

We had rice for dinner and some wee Italian cakes and pastries for pudding. After that Navajo and Cecilia got ready to go out. They went into Basilicanova first as there was a white night festival on, and then they went back to Greta’s house before going into Parma to a bar for the rest of the night so Cecilia’s boyfriends birthday. They had a bit of a walk around town afterward before coming home at about 2am. By then I was fast asleep in bed after watching five feet apart.

Another relaxing day tomorrow before a full on week next week.
