Another good sleep in this morning then up for some very late breakfast. We mucked around at home until lunch, had some more pasta for lunch and then I had a bit of a sleep - not a very good day health wise.

Afterwards we headed out for a bike ride around Basilicanova, even though it was 36 degrees! It was nice to get out for a look around and in the sun!

On the way back we stopped in Basilicanova for a gelato to cool, then headed home again. Navajo had time to cool down and then decided to head out for a 5km run in the 35 degree heat, she said she died!

Showers all round to cool down and then relax for the evening. Cecilia headed out for dinner with her boyfriend for his birthday and we had dinner at home. After dinner we headed into Basilicanova to meet up with Greta and Dario (friends of mine from when I lived here). We meet up in the square and had a good laugh and a chat, and then we decided to head back to their house for gelato! After a good catch up Greta dropped us home for the night.

Then it was bed time ready for an early start to head to Venice in the morning.
