Today we again had a bit of a sleep in - even though we woke up very early as usual to the sounds of the dog barking and the rest of the family. Today was an interesting day. We had a sleep in, which was much needed after the girls night out. We mucked around for the rest of the morning, had lunch and some caked and then decided to head out on a bike ride. Erminio (my host dad) gave Cecilia instructions of a nice place to go for a mountain bike. Another relaxing day and a sleep in. Navajo went for a run at 9:30am and Cecilia and I slept in. We mucked around most of the day - and all I did was sleep and read as I was feeling very very sick unfortunately. Later in the afternoon Cecilia went for a run and Navajo bikes beside her, but she said she died because it was still so hot! A big sleep in this morning as we were all absolutely shattered from Venice.
