We went to Turquoise Bay today. This is where they have a drift snorkelling area. Walk as far as you want up the beach enter the water and then drift back down the beach. There is a warning to get out at the sandbar as a strong current pulls out to sea here. Matt saw a more than I did here because he went further out. Fellow travellers saw a dugong up close at Kurrajong, a lionfish and turtles.At each snorkelling site we have seen something different but my favourite was Oyster Stacks because I saw the most here. Went back to camp for lunch and then relaxed around camp and the beach. Whales were out breaching again this afternoon.
