The end of week four, seems ages since we left Southampton, but at the same time, it's flying by. Cool start to the day. Finally managed to get my laundry done, so I won't have to go commando on formal nights!
The men were trounced by the ladies in BoS. Now the scores are reset and we start anew on Friday. The major topic of conversation after the quiz was the fate of the mad woman, whose eccentricities have continued apace. The latest 'strong' rumour is that she's being disembarked tomorrow in Valparaiso, but that she hasn't been told yet. I'll believe it when I see it. I can't tell you what she's been up to in case someone who knows her just happens to read this blog. Talk to me when I get home or ask my baby sister, who knows some of the gossip.
Gloriously warm and sunny afternoon. After losing at deck quoits and the post-quoits cup of tea with Barbara and Mavis, I sat on the back of my deck, reading and doing crosswords. The temperature must have been in the high 20's. Looking good for tomorrow in Valparaiso.
Barbara and I had the meal I won in Glasshouse today. Another good meal. After that we went to Carmen's to see the Headliners. It was ABBA songs and the first of their shows I've seen this cruise. I enjoyed it.
Linda has managed to crock her good knee, which means she won't be able to join us in Valparaiso tomorrow. I hope she's back on two legs soon. As Yvonne went to bed and Rob went to see Linda, there were only three of us in SQ tonight. Three other people joined us. Once again, lost by one point.
Changeover day tomorrow, so quite a few cases out in the corridors for collection. Next door to me is a suite and the occupants are changing. I'm hoping for a sneak peak, so fingers crossed.
