Today I said goodbye to Mexico City, and made the 131 km drive to Puebla, Mexico.
On the way we ended up calling past the pyramids!! I had already done the pyramids with my last tour, however I learnt a lot more about the pyramids today that I didn't learn the last time!!
I also saw my first volcanoes today! One was extinct, the other was still erupting!! I'm guessing it won't be the last of the volcanoes that I will be seeing on my journey!!
On to Puebla!! Now this city is so cute!! Lots of churches, but also a lot of mosaic tiles on the sides on buildings!! Absolutely stunning!!! I ended up catching one of those tour buses around the city... I wasn't expecting too much... However pleasantly surprised to find that there was a stack to see!!!
My tour group at this stage is nice and small!! There are 5 of us plus the tour guide!! Although apparently we are picking up about 10 people in Cancun!!
Everyone seems great!!! We are all getting along!!! Let's see what another 58 days does to us!!
