After yesterday's runaround Michael has offered to let us charge the battery on the marina hook up so we drive to Port de Bloscon to drop it off.
Michael takes Ali and the battery out to where 'Cleopatra' is moored on the pontoon. Chris has decided she would like a short ride in Mary*Lou so Nick takes her on a circuit past the supermarket and the aire, back to the marina.
We park, all get together again and have a light lunch outside the quayside bar. Later we wander down the pontoons for Nick to see Cleopatra. A Grand Banks 36, she is a classically styled motor-cruiser and Michael lavishes her with attention. Woodwork is varnished like furniture and the stainless steel fittings are polished like chrome. She is their home from home as Mary*Lou is ours.
We watch the ferries shuffle about then return through Roscoff to the aire.
In the evening Michael and Chris come to us for supper, Ali cooks lasagne which is followed by Chris's honey and apricot cake with custard.
