A bright and very breezy morning enticed the runners out onto the coastal footpath. The climb up Brea Hill was rewarded by stunning 360 degree views and a few Strava segments accomplished! Forecast for Bank holiday Monday is fine in the morning and then rain, so we attempted to get an early start for our bike ride to Port Isaac. There was a non biking option of a trip to Padstow for those who had not gone on Friday. It's Saturday morning it must be Parkrun. The nearest Parkrun was at Lanhydrock House the other side of Bodmin so an early start was required. Having had a late night, we left the youth to sleep while making an urgent trip down to Polzeath Spar for the yeast. A quick return to make bread and then continued our run up to Pentire Point.
