Today was always going to be gentle.
After an early breakfast we were on the road to Lands End just after 8am.
Even so the A30 was busy and not great to cycle on.
If was very quiet when we arrived at LE and Steve persuaded the photo booth chap to take a picture of us with the famous sigpost in the background for free.
An enjoyable wander around in the sunshine and we set off away from LE.
Not before doing a geocache, found by Steve. No more until JoG.

We took the long scenic route back to Penzance up and down the country lanes, which were busy at times.
Half term week!
Stopped in Mousehole for a coffee (no Waitrose), then decided to sit on the beach and have a pasty for lunch - great.
It was very pleasant, families on the beach, kids jumping off the harbour wall into the sea enjoying the weather.
Back to Penzance and a wander along the sea front. Wish I had my wetsuit as it looked great for a swim
The Jubilee outdoor lido was open, mainly wetsuited swimmers!
Don't make people like they used to, no wetsuits in my day.
Quick stock up with a few provisions and its the nearest pub for food and a beer tonight!
