LeJoG Blog June 12th: Day 11 Joined in Balloch this morning by Graham's brother Andrew, his wife Alison, and their son, Jamie. We therefore had a day off from luggage carrying, as they stuck it in their car and supported us through the stage. They were fantastic, providing hot drinks, cake, rolls etc at key points as we crossed the most stupendously scenic parts of Scotland so far, namely Loch Lomond, Rannock Moor and Glencoe. Some long climbs, but rewarded with a scintillating 6 mile downhill stretch to Loch Leven, where our accommodation is a bunkhouse about 30 seconds walk from the ferry across the Loch to the pub.Jamie joined us for the final 20 miles, again on a lightweight road bike! Big BIG thanks to Andrew, Alison and Jamie LeGood for the very welcome support, it means so much to both of us, and added to an already fantastic day.Very pleased with progress, both feeling really good with just three days left. 77 miles on stage 12 to Inverness, weather forecast is good.SH & GLG
