Happiness Is The Road
When we awoke this morning the sky was a clear blue. It was a gorgeous day.We were sad to leave Cheynes Beach today but we were out of food and more importantly wine so we needed to go shopping. After brekky we left and on the way out we had a quick drive to a cute little bay in the Waychinicup National Park. After this we hit the road to Albany which was only about 60 kilometres away. We stopped for supplies at Woolworths, Coles and Dan Murphys. It was good to be back in Albany. There is a lovely feel to the place. After stocking up we drove to the caravan park. I had decided that it would be good to go back to the Panorama Caravan Park, a lovely quirky site with pelicans and a gorgeous view over the bay. Luckily it was as good as I remembered it. We got a spot on the front with the aforementioned gorgeous view of the bay and the pelicans who were out in force today lounging about on the grass by the water. We had a mooch down the rickety little wooden jetty and chilled out for the rest of the day taking in the incredible view. By nightfall the rain was back and we went to sleep to the sound of the raindrops tinkling on the roof.
