Special breakfast.......and interview

Yuca pancakes! Yum yum ! It was really funny to me because the picture posted here is of Max's plate and the plate he gave to the owners son actually looked like a pancake... Hah
Roberto and Perla asked us if we would give interviews for their magazine on the subject of giving so Max and I said yes, but it seemed there was a miscommunication because he never showed up! Also I was supposed to weld posts to my sign so they bring over a tiny little welder with no mask and there's no place to plug it in here, got to love Ecuador!
