Finishing touches! I took off the wood moulds for the concrete, shoveled in dirt to fill the holes around the base and had to touch up a little bit of white paint that got scratched bringing the sign down. I am officially finished my project! I told myself I would stay as long as it took to finish and I am very happy with myself that I stayed to see the project through to the end! Sign is up on the road!!! So in the morning when Julio picks up Adrian we brought the sign down to the road and Adrian and I ceremoniously lifted it into position and it fit like a glove on the post I put in yesterday!!! Needless to say I was extremely happy I didn't mess up the posts because it would've been big big problems for me! My Auntie Marlene mentioned the day before if I had signed my artwork so I put my name and date on the back of it. Then cemented...

Posts are in the ground! Sign goes up tomorrow!!! So very carefully and accurately I cemented the smaller posts in the ground, if they were not in the right position then it would've been an epic fail. I don't know how many times I put the measuring tape between those two poles! I did a really good job I thought and left thinking the sign it's going to fit 100%!!!

Play time Had lots of fun playing for hours with the kids in the afternoon. Gonna miss them... :(
