Zumba to Vilcabamba

The last leg of the journey took about seven or eight hours but they were doing construction on the mountain road and some of it was actually paved some of the way which was nice. It was another amazingly scenic drive! I found a nice hotel and checked in, afterwards I went out to town to check out the festival, it seemed every town because of the holidays was having some sort of festival. I went into a bar to have a beer and met Nathan, from California, move to Ecuador around eight years ago. Funny guy, he had never been to Columbia or Peru, just stayed in Ecuador for eight years!!! Haha I gave him a hard time about it!!! He said he would get out of the country soon......
