Walk down the beach and one last swim in the ocean! The ocean almost killed mom again... After again chilling by the pool most of the day in the afternoon mom and I took a walk down the beach to enjoy the sun and take one last swim in the ocean before we head back to the mountains tomorrow. Cristina leaves.... Rainy day We spent another day pretty much just hanging out around the resort and I got to go for a nice swim in the morning while the rain came down. Cristina had to leave in the early afternoon to catch the overnight bus back to Cuenca so we went down for a walk to the beach even though the weather wasn't great then I walked her to the highway and said goodbye

Poolside chillin Today I bought some more shrimp to make shrimp ceviche, we prepared it in the morning to let it marinate throughout the day. This day was spent pretty much doing nothing but tanning and poolside chillin!

Happy Birthday to ME! One of my best birthdays ever!!! Cristina woke up early and bought seafood to make ceviche for my birthday, I thought she had just gone across the street to buy the seafood but I was wrong And I didn't find out until later!!!

Atacames, "Spot the gringa"and Seafood Feasta!!! Right across the street from the resort, seafood vendors set up shop every morning so we got fresh lobsters, shrimp, squid and conch shells for dinner!
