We did our first theme park on the coast! There's 3, we did movie world, there's still sea world and wet and wild to go. We got up early and packed our lunch, Judy dropped us down to the bus stop but we found out there was only 2 buses a day and they'd both gone. We also found out after a visit to the information centre that the bus was very expensive, she suggested a car and between us per day it worked out quite a bit cheaper! So we got ourselves a snazzy little white Yaris called Leeroy, it gives us our independence too and helps Judy out as she lives a bit out of the way. We were a little later to the theme park but we were loving our mini road trip.
The park was cool, all Warner Bros themed, some big rides on the horizon with a Main Street set up. I'm not a big fan of roller coasters or rides, just don't like the feeling of near death and my stomach dropping out of me, I don't understand how they're enjoyable, the others love them! I said I was quite happy watching and taking pictures from the bottom but I agreed to give some ago! The big rides were pretty much out of the question from first appearances.. No no! But I positively thought of start little and work up... We went off to the looney tunes kids section and a mini coaster. There were kids lining up as high as my knee so I thought ok this will be fine... It was horrendous! Very fast and bendy, I didn't cope well much to the amusement of the others!!! I thought that would be it but got persuaded to do Scooby doo which definitely was my limit- a bit faster with dark areas and falling backwards, I was quite proud of myself for getting on though! I watched in horror as the others did some of the big rides and we finished off with a pretty high log flume in the Wild West before drying off watching the parade. Bugs bunny and Sylvester had some good dance moves going down and super heroes were out in for force.
We got back and had a few drink with Judy and her son.
