Date: 4 March 04 Adventures of Gamblegirl: I've Seen Kylie!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I've seen Kylie. Okay, I can go home now, totally content. Wow!! Was totally stunned and excited - and normally I keep my bloody camera in my bag in just in case, but I'd taken it out because I'd been going thru my card and doing a bit of deleting and forgot to put it back in. Urggghhh what I would have given to have a phone with a camera in it at the moment of time!!!!! But I saw Kylie!!! Mind you she walked past so quick by the time I got my camera out she'd have been gone. So how, when, where? Well I was walking down Carnaby Street which is famous re Beatles wise and for it's great shopping when this tiny (and I mean tiny, she would have only come up to my nose and I hardly worry the height measuring tape if you know what I mean!!!) woman walked past and for some reason I thought geez that looks like - oh mi god IT'S KYLIE!!! She'd just walked out of the puma shop (which co-incidentally I was walking into!). I walked into the shop and the assistants just staring out the window and I'm like "was that Kylie?" and he's like "oh my god, I've just served Kylie!" For a moment we bonded in awe. So what was she like? Tiny and doll like. Not that I've starved myself skinny aka Lara Flyn Boyle like but like really tiny looking. No make up - absolutely stunning (cow!), black thigh high boots, jeans tucked into them and black coat. Seriously if I didn't know who Kylie was, I wouldn't have picked her out. I knew that she likes to shop at Waitrose in Finchley Road near where I live and she has been seen around St John's Wood and Swiss Cottage, both again near where I live, but I've never seen her - until now!! So really have completed my celeb spotting set - the Gallager brothers, Renee Zellewager and Kylie. Can come home now!! Gamblegirl
