Date: 28 Jan 2004 Adventures of Gamblegirl: Where is the Snow? "Where is the snow? The snow, the snow. Where is the Snow?" Hmmmmmmm apparently snow is predicted for London and depending on which weather forecast, it was meant to be here yesterday, today or later on in the week. Yes that really narrows it down. The weather here is a big deal. Seriously they have telly shows on weather. The other night while watching the news, two weather forecasters were literally having a verbal fight (not an argument mind you) about this snow prediction. One called the other a liar and disgrace to their industry. Like the news anchor man, I was a little bemused at this. IT'S JUST THE WEATHER FOLKS!!!! I'm looking forward to the possibility of snow. It's not like I haven't seen it before but I've never really experience the sensation of it falling down around me. Sure I know that I will be over it in five minutes, but it's a new thing for me. Hopes are up though because this morning, everything was looking a leetle icy. Sweet!!! PS. It's just started to snow and really - not that fascinating. Am very disappointed. Expected it to be a little heavier then what I am seeing PPS. 17:30 It's snowing!!! It's snowing!! Oh my god, it's snowing!!! I've just run outside and stood in the snow. This is an ace experience. They are all laughing at me at how excited I am but I've never ever seen this before. This is real snow, not some piddly little flaks that I saw before. Am very excited!!!
