Day 368 (Sunday 7th December 08)

Luckily we were okay where we ended up for the night. Again up early and went to fill up on petrol before heading up to Cape Reinga. Amazing scenery along the way and pretty cool at the end, northern most point of New Zealand. We then headed all the way back down the road we came from. Out to have a look at Ninety Mile beach but didn't risk driving along it! Then on round to Tokerau beach to have some lunch. Made our way onto Matai bay which was an amazing beach. Really nice area to stop and chill out. Desperately needed to find the internet somewhere as at least needed to book somewhere to stay when we are in LA. Headed back to Tokerau beach and found somewhere. Expensive but at least got the things sorted we needed to and then went back to chill out at Matai beach. Stayed the night and chilled out with a beer.
